This role helps to foster self-reliance, care for the poor and the needy, and provide opportunities for giving and service by: helping members become economically and emotionally self-reliant; providing access to essential food and clothing items, helping members prepare for and respond to disasters; and providing humanitarian aid to relieve suffering; thus furthering the mission of the Church. Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, and in compliance with Welfare Services' policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible to assist in general labor activities to meet the assigned production plan and maintain a safe and sanitary facility. The incumbent's duties may include: packaging line set-up for daily production runs, trouble-shooting and making adjustments to equipment, equipment operation, casing and palletizing, operating lift-trucks, cleaning the facility, completing traceability paperwork, blending and mixing products, and other duties as assigned. Run an entire production line including labor, equipment, and processes.
