Your Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible to identify and implement MTM Projects

2. Responsible to identify and implement QCD Projects

3. Responsible for SOP updations whenever there is process change

4. Responsible to identify and implement KAIZENS & Poka Yoke’s.

5. Responsible for problem solving- to provide technical solutions.

6. To identify and improve safety in shop floor

7. To prepare and update setup checklists-PRT(SAP)

8. To handle new projects-Prototype and New tool trials

9. To establish process parameters for new products

10. To optimize process cycle time through time study

11. To optimize resources for better utilization

12. To inspect new machines/furnaces at supplier end

Your Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering & 5 Years of Experience in Heat Treatment functions
