Our client, a leader in technology support, is seeking a Global Internal Employee Technology Support Analyst I to join their team. As a Global Internal Employee Technology Support Analyst I, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting a global user base. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care skills, the ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Technology Support Analyst**
**Location: Chandler, AZ**
**Rate: Based on the experience**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide first line support for internal employees via voice and chat channels as part of the 24/7 Global Service Desk.
+ Engage in basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems.
+ Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while achieving core metrics for operations and quality.
+ Document tickets clearly for second line teams when first line resolution cannot be attained.
+ Participate in in-house technical training and collaborate with peers and subject matter experts for real-time support.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-3 years of experience in a technology support or customer service role.
+ Excellent client care and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work well as a team and build relationships with global partners.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
+ Capability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets related to customer service and call/chat handling.
