You Will

Operate a variety of top-of-the-line blow-molding or extrusion molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environmentMonitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containersTroubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenanceAssure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensionsJoin with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, reliability, quality & scrap reduction

You Have

A minimum of one (1) year of experience operating extrusion molding or blow-molding equipmentHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentA minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment working with equipment used for high-volume productionWorking knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment is requiredHydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanical basic knowledgeAbility to troubleshoot & problem solveAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work daily overtime and weekends as might be required to meet customer requirementsAbility to work off shifts
