In this role, you will be responsible for various harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, packaging, and palletizing. You will also be involved in return and rework activities, quality analysis & control activities, field management activities, and warehousing activities. The work is physical/strenuous and requires wearing PPE including a hard hat, safety vest, work gloves, and hearing protection, which are provided at the worksite. All employees are required to wear steel or composite-toe shoes at all times. During the peak season (September through March), the role may require flexible shifts and occasional overtime. During the off-peak months (April through August), the work schedule typically shifts to an 8-hour day schedule.
