Job Summary

Food and feed manufacturing Production Technician

Assist in material reception from external warehouses, ensuring accuracy in quality and quantity.Participate in the unloading process, conducting checks and ensuring proper storage procedures.Execute production tasks accurately and efficiently based on provided instructions.Operate equipment under supervision and guidance, adhering to established procedures.Maintain awareness of and adherence to food safety regulations and standards.Assist in maintaining accurate records of production activities.Assist in product sampling to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.Contribute to achieving department targets for safety, health, and environmental performance.Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, following 5S practices.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.Support and participate in improvement projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and quality.Seek guidance and assistance from senior team members as needed to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
