**Hiring for a Sculpting and Coating Tech.** **Pay Rate:** $22 - $26 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Work Environment:** Mid-sized, climate-controlled manufacturing facility **Job Description:** As a **Sculpting & Coating Technician** , you'll transform Styrofoam into custom play elements, using hand tools, hot wire machines, and your creativity. You'll replicate production drawings, apply urethane coatings, and ensure high-quality, finished products ready for painting. **Responsibilities:** + Sculpt and shape Styrofoam into designs. + Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. + Apply surface coatings like urethane to EPS and fiberglass. + Safely mount products for production and track labor/materials. **Qualifications:** + 1+ year of mechanical/assembly experience. + Skills in hand tools, power tools, and powder coating. + Experience with MIG welding and electrical systems is a plus.
