**Job Title: Production Technician - Any Shift - $21/hr!** **Job Description** We are looking for two Production Technicians for the 2nd shift. This position involves machine operation, inspection work, and forklift operation. While a forklift certification is a significant plus, training can be provided. The role is primarily within a warehouse/manufacturing setting, and not everyone will be on a forklift all day, though they may be trained for it. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery for harvest and production tasks. + Perform inspection work to ensure product quality. + Operate forklifts; certification is a plus, but training is available. + Engage in various production-related tasks within a warehouse/manufacturing setting. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in production and harvest skills. + Basic inspection skills. + Forklift operation (certification is a plus). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work 2nd shift with varying start times. + Willingness to work some weekend hours. + Adaptability to perform different production tasks. + Capability to work long-term on a contract basis. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a long-term contract during the ramp season, providing stability and opportunities for skill development. You will receive shift premiums for working 2nd and 3rd shifts, and have the chance to be trained in forklift operation if not already certified. **Work Environment** The work environment is a warehouse/manufacturing setting. Shift start times vary, and some weekend hours are required.
