Production Technician
Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting a Production Technician in Carlsbad, CA. This job is a temp-to-hire opportunity. **Responsibilities:**   + Perform a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment that include but not limited to washing various size glassware, operating a validated lab washer, keeping the wash area clean, the lab area clean and assist with organizing lab supplies. + Follow Company, Site and Department procedures. + Accurately record information within documentation while maintaining strict adherence to FDA, GMP and ISO requirements. + Perform daily housekeeping of the production areas and equipment as required. + Maintain up to date training records, support training of new employees and comply with all company policies and procedures. + Identify and implement process improvement projects using Lean techniques. + Communicate any Safety, Quality, or production problem immediately to the appropriate level. + Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas. + Monitor and maintain minimum Training Requirements in EDMS. **Qualifications:** + HS Diploma/GED required. + Minimum 1 year of working in a manufacturing environment. + Previous cGMP and/or ISO experience preferred. **Shift:** + 1st shift, Monday-Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM **What’s in this for you?** + Weekly paycheck, with pay starting at $ 20.50 per hour + A machine shop environment with casual dress standards + Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Great referral bonus program for you and your friends + Access to thousands of upskilling courses in Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) If you meet the qualifications listed above, apply to be considered for this Production Technician in Carlsbad, CA. **Pay Details:** $20.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
