Production Technician
**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker for our cleanroom environment. This role requires patience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform repetitive handwork. The selected candidate will work with a team of experienced co-workers in a Class cleanroom environment. **Responsibilities** + Visually inspect products for imperfections such as chips, pinholes, pores, scratches, and stains on all surfaces. + Perform manual handwork on the surface area of coated and uncoated products using various hand tools and washing/drying methods to repair defects. + Package finished products. + Fill out forms to meet customer, ISO, and quality control requirements. + Input data in the production database to assist with product tracking and non-conforming issues. + Ensure work areas are kept clean and free of safety hazards. + Conduct oneself in a manner that promotes and maintains good morale. + Identify improvements to the procedures and communicate them. + Wear provided cleanroom attire. **Essential Skills** + Production experience in a cleanroom environment. + Inspection skills. + General labor capabilities including cleaning and packaging. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Housekeeping skills. + Ability to work in a cleanroom setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be coachable and mature. **Why Work Here?** Great company culture, benefits, and environment. This department is a great place to start. **Work Environment** The position is based in a Class cleanroom environment with a shift from 5am to 1:30pm.
