Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $30-36/hour, DOELocation: Odessa, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40+Assignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionalityTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutionsCollaborate with production staff to meet established quality and quantity targetsMonitor equipment performance, conducting inspections and adjustments as neededMaintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulationsAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Qualifications Previous experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role (preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work the designated schedule and adapt to operational needsFamiliarity with oil and gas production equipment is a plusHighschool Degree or GED is required
