**Production Technician** Manufacturing New Castle County, DE, US Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 20 + Added - 09/01/2025 Apply for Job **Location:** New Castle County, DE **Pay:** $20/hr **Terms:** Contract-to-Hire **Onsite role** **Job Responsibilities:** + Bagging bags up to 55lbs of minerals and stacking in organized patterns on pallets to meet production orders. + Ensuring proper handling of material. + Wearing required respiratory protection (N95 mask or respirator) and passing respiratory fit tests. + Working in a dusty, dirty environment, with temperatures fluctuating based on weather conditions. + Completing 24 hours of MSHA (Mining Safety and Health Administration) training onsite during the first three days. + Ensuring products are wrapped securely to avoid exposure to water, in collaboration with the shipping team. **Qualifications:** + Ability to lift and move heavy 55lb bags and work in a physically demanding environment. + Must be comfortable wearing an N95 mask or respirator (beards must be trimmed to ensure a proper fit). + Must pass a 9-panel drug test and background check before starting MSHA training. + Must complete 24 hours of MSHA training onsite and pass a respiratory fit test.
