**Job Title: Production Technician $19-21** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn various new responsibilities over time. This role includes assisting machine operators throughout the plant, helping to load materials into the machines, operating and monitoring the machines, and being a team player who is willing to assist in other areas as needed. **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operators in loading materials into machines + Operate and monitor machines + Help with general production tasks + Conduct quality checks + Perform machine adjustments + Execute lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures + Handle changeovers, including changing out machine parts + Perform manual processes such as packing and stacking up to 50 lbs + Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation requirements **Essential Skills** + Experience with quality checks + Experience with machine adjustments + Knowledge and experience with lock-out tag-out (LOTO) + Experience in changeovers (such as changing out parts) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform manual processes, including packing and stacking up to 50 lbs + Comfortable with physical requirements and PPE usage **Why Work Here?** Join a company with great management and the opportunity to transition to a full-time role with a pay raise.
