**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will be a Line Technician responsible for ensuring the line is running smoothly for every product during the run. They will be adding and adjusting the equipment needed for product runs, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and will recommend corrections to each machine if issues are noticed. They will assist and work on the line when production is running and will be cross-trained. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the production line runs smoothly for each product during the run + Add and adjust equipment needed for product runs + Stage products and clean/sanitize after each run + Recommend corrections to machinery if issues are noticed + Assist and work on the line during production runs **Essential Skills** + Experience with line setup and machine operation + Mechanically inclined + Experience with hand tools + Technical skills related to production line work **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in machine operation with adjustments, mechanical assembly using hand tools, or similar experience + Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory **Why Work Here?** Join a diverse team with a varied product line that changes often. There is a noticeable smell of soaps and cleaning solutions, which can be stronger in some areas. Masks are mandatory, and employees must fill out a questionnaire and have their temperature taken upon arrival. If the temperature is above 100.4, the individual will not be allowed in the facility and will be sent home. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
