Job Description:
The Production Technician I performs cleaning and chemical processing on dental implants; labels, assembles and packages dental implants and abutments in a clean room environment-Help achieve business results, that include Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Past due targets. Additional responsibilities include:
Perform cleaning and chemical processing of dental implants and abutmentsAssemble and package dental implants and abutments in a cleanroom environmentOperate multiple work stations throughout the work shiftPerform minor troubleshooting of equipment issuesEnsure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Take on responsibilities as required and be self motivated.Work closely with peers, Team Lead, and support staff such as Engineering Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Management to escalate and resolve various production related issuesJob Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma, some college preferred.Must understand technical drawingsAble to communicate; speak and write in English at a High School Level.Reading comprehension at a High School Level.Understands and complies with all safety and area cleanliness policies, must successfully complete all SOP TrainingKnowledge of inspection equipment (microscope)Computer literacy: basic knowledge/familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.Understand eDHR (Electronic Device History Record)Preferred Requirements:
