Production Technician II • Machine Operation
**Job Description Summary** The Production Technician II is responsible for performing required routine manufacturing processes for the TruCOUNT, FACSCount and other related manufacturing area according to established procedures. He/she must be able to work on situations where judgment is required in resolving problems on semiautomated equipment. Must also be able to read, understand and complete all documentation including batch records, standard operating procedures, and material requests. Become a **maker of possible** with us. **JOB SUMMARY** This position will be responsible for performing all activities involved in the preparation of raw materials to manufacture medical devices as well as the cleaning and disinfection of equipment and facilities. This role requires compliance with safety procedures, GMP’s, regulatory requirements and other applicable regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Operates machinery such as injection molding machines, automated assembly equipment, and packaging equipment. + Performs tasks on production lines including material handling, loading/unloading machines, and packaging finished product. + Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and facilities. + Conducts quality control checks. + Loads/unloads trucks & pallets. + Performs simple repair and maintenance tasks on production equipment. + Wears protective clothing and follows standard operating procedures. + Maintains records and logs as required. + Receives and stores incoming goods and supplies. **QUALIFICATIONS** + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment preferred. + Ability to read, write and speak English. + Able to lift up to 50lbs. + Strong communication skills. + Flexibility to work any shift assigned. + Good problem solving skills. + Attention to detail. + Proficient computer skills.
