Job Summary

Safety/Health/Environment/Quality and Food Safety

Perform duties according to the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental policies.

Perform duties according to the company’s quality and food safety policies.

Participate in or support activities related to safety, occupational health, and environment, as well as the company’s emergency drill plans.

Technical/Functional

Control and oversee machinery and equipment used in the production process to ensure they are in normal condition and can operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal environmental impact.

Monitor abnormalities in production and address initial problems.

Inspect and record the working condition of machinery to ensure they are always in good and safe working condition, and report any abnormalities found.

Record the quantity of chemicals, load chemicals, and collect various samples.

Maintain the production area and process according to cGMP/HACCP principles, and the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.

Participate in safety and environmental activities, Hazard Recognition activities, BBS STOP for Safety activities, and report injuries, safety and environmental incidents, and provide safety and environmental suggestions.

Other assigned tasks.

Qualification

Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in any fields (Preferably in Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, production technology)

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations with chemical or food or pharmaceutical industry environment

Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Food Safety 

Proficiency in Microsoft office program

Forklift operator skill & Driving License

Basic knowledge of English

Able to work in shift (day shift / night shift)
