**Production Technician II - Milo** JOB TITLE : PRODUCTION TECH II LOCATION : MILO PLANT WORK HOUR : W Normal W Alternating 9 Rotating shift 1. RELATIONSHIP Report to First Line Manager. 2. PURPOSE OF JOB To operate the production processes according to work instruction. 3. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES + To be able to operate all the following processes: + Topack Filling + Topack Packing + Pneumatron Filling + Pneumatron Packing (Including Arm) + Wolf Filling + Wolf Packing (Including Robotic Arm) + Albro Filling + Albro Packing (Including Robotic Arm) + Spafil Mixing + To prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors, and other OPRPs/CCPs. + To check filling machine are in good conditions and available for operations. + To check if product is in hopper. + To maintain correct net weight of products. + To maintain weighing machine in good condition – report deviation. + To check and record net weight. + To perform end of shift cleaning. + To ensure good housekeeping in the filling room (dry area to be brushed and vacuum cleaned, dry cloth & small hand brush) + To observe personal hygiene (cloth, gloves, headcover) + To check sanitary area (filling heads, floor etc). + To assist (especially at the end production/shutdown) in cleaning up the filling room area + To prepare line for tape sealing and stacking. + To requisite and receive OPP tape and pallets (check type of pallets required). + To check and adjust code on cartons ensuring properly ‘inked’. + To check condition of carton and taping after tape sealer. + To record pallet stacked (Paste SSCC labels) and marked pallet accordingly. + To clean lines/equipment as required. + To maintain NGMP/food safety (CP/CCP/OPRP) at all time. + To actively managed utility in the plant. + To participate in the daily SHO meeting. + Any other duties as assigned from time to time. 4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE + NITEC Intermediate in Mechanical Technology + Foreign Diploma in Mechanical Servicing + Experience in Production Work 5. SKILLS + Knowledge of basic working English + Safety + Good Manufacturing Practice
