The production technologist will be trained and face new challenges based on the job responsibility for developing expertise in technical understanding of procedures and quality assurance of tobacco.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

To have an understanding of testing activities, methodologies, and equipment capabilities to carry out assigned duties to fulfill project needs.To ensure the confidentiality of all technology and compositions which ensure the uniqueness of BVT output.To be aware of standard processes and compliance using technical knowledge and broad scientific principles to ensure the effective delivery of an appropriate task.To research new ingredients, product technologies, and/or processes to develop unique and innovative products.To collect, review, and analyze data for evaluation of equipment performance and make recommendations for modification or upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Familiar with lab expertise in operating the required machinery/testing capabilities to perform assigned tasks in the required time frames.Bachelor's degree in Science (i.e., Chemistry, Material Science, Food Chemistry, Physics, Chemistry Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields).Fresh graduates or having related experience is a plus.Good command of English.Good analytical skills and logical thinking.Planning and organization of assigned tasks.Effective working with virtual teams.
