Flexible Schedule: Choose from two shifts that fit your lifestyle!
1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $28 per hour for the first shift, and a $2/hr shift differential for the second shift and opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
What we are looking for:
As a Production Test Technician, you’ll be hands-on with the most advanced electronics, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You'll play a key role in testing, troubleshooting, and refining our assemblies and systems using precision measuring instruments and state-of-the-art equipment. You'll focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, working with a team that values creativity and attention to detail.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering
Certifications: If you already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torqueing certifications, that's awesome! If not, don’t worry—you’ll earn those, plus IPC-A-610 and more.
Problem-solving skills: You can spot and fix issues quickly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to ensure they meet specifications.
Monitor and optimize production processes for quality and efficiency.
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and apply electronic theory to solve complex problems.
Set up, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, and assemblies.
Perform rework as needed to correct testing faults.
Prepare clear and concise reports on testing and troubleshooting activities.
Assist in the setup and calibration of specialized test equipment.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field.
Experience with high-power electronics or avionics is a plus.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing and repair.
Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and control/data acquisition software (HiPot).
Skilled in using hand tools and soldering irons for circuit repair and replacement.
