The Production Trainer is responsible for the delivery of training within the Dublin Compounding unit - Sandyford.

The Production Trainer is accountable and responsible for the following activities:

Delivery of training, including classroom and on-the-job training (OJT)Management of new starts to include induction training and preparation of training modules/packsMaintenance of personnel training filesProduction support on training and developmentOversight of training performance and influence of sameMaintenance of site training trackersSupport the review and update of SOPs and training materialsSupport NCRs/CAPAs/Change Controls/Audits related to trainingCompliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP), as applicableCompliance to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements

Job Responsibilities:Deliver training sessions, both in classroom settings and through on-the-job training (OJT).Manage new employee onboarding, including induction training and preparation of comprehensive training modules/packs.Maintain detailed and accurate personnel training files.Provide production support dedicated to training and development initiatives.Coordinate training performance and work to influence and improve outcomes.Keep site training trackers up to date and accurate.Assist in the review and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.Support Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Change Controls, and Audits related to training.Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP), as applicable.Adhere to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.Education and/or Experience:A third-level qualification, preferably in a relevant field such as Science, Training, Education, or Management.A minimum of 1 year of production experience.Experience working in manufacturing, particularly in aseptic compounding, is highly desirable.
