PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Summary You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in Code 900T, Production Resource Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department. You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinating improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and supporting production training plans and initiatives. You will perform training program analysis of collected data, recognizes weakness in processes, and assists in formulating and recommending solutions. You will serve as subject matter expert and lead for Production Training Assistants. You will serve as senior point of contact for all training scheduling issues and requirements related to production training programs. You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production training program requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating and monitoring training support services (i.e. training schedules. training records, training work processes, training initiatives, etc.) for a shipyard production organization.
