Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Training Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours typically from 9 AM to 5 PM, though some variation may occur. The role involves developing training matrices, creating course materials, and training leads on the production line. You will work closely with the production team to ensure effective training and development.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop training matrices tailored to the needs of the production team.Create comprehensive course materials and training programs.Train production leads to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required.Work closely with the production line to understand their training needs.Utilize ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Infor) to manage training records and schedules.Essential SkillsExperience in training development, particularly within the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Infor.Strong technical skills and computer literacy.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.Administrative skills to manage training documentation and schedules.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
We have a full packet of benefits and can send it to anyone who is serious about the role. They have middle of the pack benefits and do not offer a lot of PTO but make up for it on bonus type work.
