Title: Production Utility Technician - Mil Pack
Location: Oxford, MS

Salary: $19.01 per hour with an increase to $21.28 per hour after completing 90 days with successful evaluations.
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift: Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm or Monday (Sunday night) to Friday (11:30 pm - 7:30 am) after completing six (6) weeks of training on 1st shift (Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm)

Production Utility Technician Essential Job Functions:Remove finished product from the production floor and input into automated production reporting systemOpen boxes and lift materials onto tables from the floor area weighing up to 50 poundsHand pack product into cartons using appropriate toolsSafely use walk behind powered industrial trucks; transport raw materials into the facility using industrial truck (forklift) and manual material handling equipmentUtilize best work practices and housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environmentProduction Utility Technician Minimum Requirements:Industrial truck (forklift) or equivalent manual material handling equipment experience preferred.Proven job stability; manufacturing or warehouse work experience preferredMust be able to attend orientation and training on 1st shift (7:30am - 3:30pm) for six (6) weeks before transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shift primary assignmentAbility and willingness to work overtime, including weekend hoursPrior Winchester experience in a relevant position preferred
 

Physical Demands and Location-Specific Requirements: 

Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to pass a physical, drug screen and background check if job offer is received and acceptedAbility to pass a functional physical testing and be able to use standard safety equipment and wear all required personal protective equipment (in extreme hot/cold environments)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAccess to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if requiredSuccessful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
