Sunday and Monday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (other days and hours as needed)

Job Summary

A production utility worker supports production employees ensuring that supplies and materials are in their proper places. Weighs and records scraps accurately. Is involved in minor equipment set up; cleans equipment in work areas, conducts visual inspections and operates a lift truck.

Must have or be able to obtain an LTO licenseWillingness to be flexible and perform other functionsSelf-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervisionBasic math skillsDemonstrated ability to interpret and follow written instructionsWillingness and ability to work in team environmentDemonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasksAbility to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds (assistance may be requested for anything over 50 pounds)Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracyGood overall performance, safety, and attendance recordKnowledge of and adherence to company food safety, product purity, and departmental proceduresAbility to operate a walkie and lift truckAbility to communicate and work with management, co-workers and other departments

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of McKee Foods Corporation and OSHA safety regulationsPC experienceGood attendance record
