Records and compiles data for Production Department to prepare records and reports on, volume of production, and consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production by per- forming the following duties. Job Description Primary Location: Worland, Wyoming Records and compiles production data from such documents as customer orders, inventory reports and other production related documents.Calculates factors such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates.Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed.Maintains files of documents used and prepared.Develops and prepares written administrative work procedures, guidelines, and priorities.Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.Charts production, based on statistics compiled, for reference by production and management personnel.Collects employee timecard data and posts on records used for preparation of payroll.Confer with department managers or designated representatives to communicate production order status.Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to appraise production and sales personnel of production delays.Completes all required Safety, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices training and demonstrates compliance on a continual basis.Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
