**Line Leader** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Line Leader to join our production manufacturing setting. The role involves overseeing the production of plastic parts, monitoring machinery to ensure continuous operation, and stacking and palletizing parts. You will also need to use rulers and tape measures and lift as needed. You may be placed in extrusion, extrusion operation, or fabrication operation depending on the assignment. **MUST HAVES:** - Must be able to read a tape measure - Must be comfortable lifting 50 pounds multiple times a shift - Must be able to keep quality checking up - Previous mic/cal/gauge usage - Hand and power tool knowledge **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Waterville, Ohio. **Work Environment** You will work in a plastic extrusion facility. The plant floor is older but well-maintained and very clean. The facility has recently been expanded to include three new extrusion lines and a larger warehouse/parts staging area. Steel toe shoes are required. Shift options are as follows: 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) at $18.25/hr, and 3rd shift (10:45pm-7:15am) at $18.00/ **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
