**Production Worker - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team on the 1st shift. This role involves inspecting automotive component parts, trimming and preparing them for packing, and performing necessary material changes. The successful candidate will work alongside 1-4 other operators on the line and ensure that quality standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Inspect automotive component parts for defects as dispensed from the injection molding machine. + Inspect 50 parts per hour, each weighing under 5lbs. + Work with 1-4 other operators on the production line. + Trim components parts and prepare them for packing. + Pack component parts according to packing specifications. + Assist with material changes as needed. + Complete paperwork for defective parts. **Why Work Here?** Advancement opportunities.
