**Job Title: Shipping and receiving 1st shift 17.50 HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shipping and receiving. This role involves general production duties, inspection, and assembly tasks. **Responsibilities** + Must be able to closely follow instructions and read shipping documents. + Must be able to communicate, verbally and written, with managers and coworkers. + Must maintain quality practices and safety standards. + Must be forklift operations and safety certified. + Must be able to work overtime as required. **Essential Skills** + Count, weigh, and/or measure material on all incoming or outgoing shipments; prepare metal for packaging by cleaning and deburring; prepare stenciling templates and mark all metal using stenciling equipment; assemble wooden or cardboard containers, securing boxes or packages for shipment; use strapping devices to secure packages for shipment; affix shipping labels on boxes or packages; use forklift or other moving equipment to stage shipments or load trucks; adhere to personal and facility safety procedures and practices.
