Xylem, Inc is looking for a Production Worker to join our team in Jacksonville, FL and perform a series of process operations at one of our regeneration plants. **What your day will look like as a Production Worker** The Production Worker will be responsible for overseeing and executing the resin regeneration process within the plant. Equipment-specific training will be provided. While previous experience working in a regeneration environment is not required, candidates with previous experience working with wastewater treatment equipment or other mechanical systems and their corresponding components are especially encouraged to apply. The Production Worker will be responsible for the movement of products throughout the facility, utilizing a forklift and/or hand truck, as well as conducting water quality testing, flow and pressure readings, and various other assigned tasks. This position operates on a 2nd-shift schedule Monday-Friday from 12PM-8PM EST with overtime opportunities. If you believe that we would be the right fit for you, please apply today. **Position Requirements for Production Workers** **Required:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately + 1+ years' experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment + Basic math skills + Ability to pass a background check and drug screen + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities + Strong work ethic and commitment to safety + Familiarity with the operation of forklifts **Preferred:** + Previous experience working with wastewater treatment equipment or mechanical systems is highly desirable + Basic understanding of water quality testing and measurement techniques would be a plus **Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
