**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker with over one year of warehouse or production experience. The role involves physical tasks, including lifting 45lbs over 50 times per day and being cross-trained in multiple departments. You will work in the production department of a cheese manufacturer, placing blocks of cheese on a conveyor belt in a cooler environment (35 degrees). Candidates must also be willing to work in the manufacturing department, where unflavored cheese blocks are mixed with different sorts of cheese. **Hard Skills** + General Labor + Production Work + Sanitation **Soft Skills** + Adaptability + Teamwork + Physical Stamina **Shift** + Monday - Thursday (6am - 4:45pm) **Pay** + $19.75 / Hour **Work Environment** This position is in a very clean food plant with 15 workers on the production floor. Initially, you will work closely with one individual but will collaborate with everyone during clean-up. The plant may have strong cheese odors, and candidates sensitive to smells may not be a good fit. Proper PPE such as hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, ear plugs, and coats are provided. Steel-toe shoes are required.
