**Aerotek's client is looking for a Production Worker for night shift in the White Marsh, MD area** **Job Description:** + Review job specifications to determine material requirements and perform general production and labor duties. + Will adjust stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates, and observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunctions. + Will review products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearances to ensure they meet quality requirements. + Will assist other operators in setting up machines and completing tasks to meet deadlines. + Maintaining housekeeping in a clear and orderly fashion in your assigned area is essential. + Other duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed. **Hard Skills:** + Machine operator + Production operator + High speed production **Work Environment:** + Medium-sized plant. Very dirty and hot. Not climate controlled. Must wear steel-toed boots. Hard hat, gloves, and glasses provided. **Hours:** + Training on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks: 4am-2:30pm, Tuesday-Friday + 1st shift: Typically work Tuesday-Saturday, transitioning to Wednesday-Sunday. Hours are typically 4am-2pm, with overtime often required from 4am-4pm. + 2nd shift: Typically 12-hour shifts from 4pm-4am, sometimes starting earlier at 2pm for training.
