**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** This company is a large manufacturing facility that primarily makes magnetic wire used for several industries, with a focus on the automotive sector. They also serve industries such as residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial. Candidates will be responsible for machine operating, storing finished products in the warehouse, performing quality inspections, and welding. Most machines are automated, and candidates will ensure they operate correctly according to customer specifications. Forklift certification is provided, though prior experience or certification is a plus. Forklift operation will constitute about 15% of the job. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; anything heavier will be moved using an overhead crane or forklift. Safety is a top priority and will be a major focus during performance evaluations. This is a career opportunity with significant training (up to 6 months) and potential for career advancement and financial growth.
