**Job Title:** Production Worker **Location:** Grand Rapids, MI **Job Type:** Full-time, Temporary to Permanent **Pay Rate:** $14 - $17 per hour (Depending on experience) **Job Description:** We are looking to build a pool of talented Production Workers for future openings with leading companies in the Grand Rapids area. If you’re reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform assembly, packaging, or other production tasks as directed. + Operate machinery and follow safety protocols. + Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. + Meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency. + Keep work areas clean and organized. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. **Requirements:** + Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting (preferred). + Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. + Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. + **Verification of High School Diploma or GED (if available).** **Shift Availability:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available **Pay Details:** $14.00 to $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
