As a Production Worker, you will: + Work in teams of 2-3 to operate both automated and manual machinery. + Rotate through stations to fill, cap, and box products. + Maintain high-quality standards for all products. + Print labels and assist with pot changes. + Palletize boxed goods for shipment. Required Skills and Qualifications: + Experience in a production or warehouse environment. + Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs. + Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day. + Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks. + Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with a consistent group. + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays.
