**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently hiring production workers for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:15pm 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:15am + Candidates will work in either the Department 1 or Department 2. + Responsibilities include using hand tools, working off blueprints, and manufacturing products based on work orders. + Training is provided, but employees will inspect product quality, learn various manufacturing processes, use computers to adjust machinery, and maintain an organized workstation. + We seek individuals with a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience who are willing to learn. Department 1: - This role involves a lot of collaboration and is physically demanding. - Candidates will lift up to 40 pounds and work in groups to lift products. - Requires standing for the entire shift, with consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching. - Candidates must read a tape measure, use tools, and have mechanical aptitude. - Assist the operator with quality checks, monitor production, and ensure KPIs are met. Department 2: - Work off bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions. - Must use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes. - Lay out the final product and perform final assembly. - Perform inspections to ensure product quality. - Must use a tape measure. Work areas must be kept clean, organized, and follow safety regulations.
