**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently hiring production workers for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift operates from 2:00pm to 10:15pm, and the 3rd shift operates from 10:00pm to 6:15am. We have openings in two departments: Foam and Assembly. Successful candidates will use hand tools, work from blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders. Employees will be trained on various manufacturing processes, inspect product quality, use computers to adjust machinery, and maintain organized workstations. A minimum of one year of manufacturing experience is required, but we are willing to train the right individuals. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools and work from blueprints. + Manufacture products based on work orders. + Inspect product quality and perform final assembly. + Make adjustments to machinery using computers. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation. + Collaborate with team members and assist the operator in checking product quality. + Monitor production and ensure KPIs are met. + Work off of bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions. **Essential Skills** + Minimum one year of machine operating experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience using tools and some mechanical aptitude. + Comfortable using a computer to make adjustments to machinery. + Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. + Ability to work as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trade school education. + Automotive experience. + Assembly experience. + Blueprint reading skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer strong benefits once permanent, including access to an on-site gym, opportunities for departmental mobility, annual performance reviews, and potential raises for 2nd and 3rd shift workers.
