**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent candidates to work in our manufacturing environment, creating quality windows and patio doors. All candidates will be cross-trained in multiple areas within the facility. **Responsibilities** + Double Hung: Involves heavy lifting, repetitive work, and requires the ability to read schedules/labels. + Direct Set: Requires the ability to work independently, learn about different materials and colors, and read paperwork and labels. + CSMT: Role involves using a sash hanger, tape measure, and reading schedules. + Patio Door (open): Involves heavier lifting and tape measure use. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment (minimum 6 months) + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch + Solid attendance record + High attention to detail + Awareness of surroundings + Willingness to ask questions when unsure + Adaptable to cross-training in multiple areas **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Able to speak English, whether secondary language or not + 1 year of manufacturing experience required + Comfortable lifting 50lbs + Attributes of success: asking questions, being attentive when managers are training + Nice to have skills: tape measure, construction, hands-on manufacturing experience **Why Work Here?** Benefit package including medical, vision, and dental. All employees are given opportunities to grow and excel. **Work Environment** Our 1st shift runs from 6am-2:30pm, five days a week. Current schedule involves working 32-40hrs a week, with preparation for the busy season where there will be 50hr work weeks and a requirement to work 2 Saturdays a month. We operate in a manufacturing environment across three facilities, which are not temperature controlled. Our team size averages around 100 employees per facility. The dress code is work-appropriate shirts, jeans or shorts, and steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
