**Interview and Start Immediately Production Workers!!!** **Job Description** Candidates will be helping out in multiple different areas. These duties could be working in trimming, mold operating, or assembly. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools to trim off excess plastic from the product or use power drills to drill holes for assembly. + Work with a crew on the rotational molding machine, filling it with plastic pellets, running the machine, unloading it, and sending the parts to trimming. + Perform basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools. + Stand on feet all day, bend and twist, and lift up to 50lbs. **Essential Skills** + General production experience + Assembly and heavy lifting skills + Experience working in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Mechanical aptitude + General labor experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Mechanical aptitude + Experience with hand and power tools + General labor and production experience **Why Work Here?** They work 4-10's and offer profit sharing which comes out to about 3% of employees' income including overtime. Contractors on the first shift receive a $500 gift card for their products once hired on, and a $750 gift card for the second shift. The company is very flexible; if employees don't like the area they are working in, they can move to a different one. Employees are allowed to have one earbud in to listen to music. **Work Environment** The work environment can get hot in the summer, but they try to keep it cool with large industrial fans.
