**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, handling bulk products, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. This role requires a commitment to safety, integrity, and consistent attendance. **Responsibilities** + Handle bulk product and place it on the production line. + Operate infeed product to cookers. + Manually feed product to the conveyor belt. + Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and good housekeeping practices. + Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, wearing appropriate PPE as required for the task and following all JSAs, SOPs, and SSOPs. + Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities with employees, visitors, and vendors. + Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; be available to work any shift, overtime, or holidays as required, and cover the absence of other personnel. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, packaging, food manufacturing, machine operation, and packing. + Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. + Reliable and consistent attendance. + Ability to work any shift, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Able to work weekends. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where safety and integrity are paramount.
