**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Set up machines by loading materials, adjusting settings, and verifying measurements to ensure accurate and efficient operation. Ensure all parts are deburred, finished, and prepared for assembly or shipping by following surface finish and quality guidelines. Adjust machine offsets, change tooling, and make real-time adjustments based on production needs or quality concerns. Perform routine inspections of parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances. Operate and maintain production and packaging equipment, ensuring smooth workflow. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments to equipment as needed to ensure continuous operation.
