Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

This position is responsible for materials preparation and moving the raw material. The associate prepares the components for machinery by measuring small amounts of metals into small boxes and weighing them. They will have to load the material into the barrels and then make sure the product comes off of the line. They will work closely with the operators until they are trained up and go on permanent in which they will be promoted to operators.

We melt and refine ingot and slab; manufacture mill products; and support our customers through a worldwide network of service centers and manufacturing facilities. Specializing in aerospace, military, and titanium products. This location is currently driving business with military, fan blades for GE, and titanium parts for automotive companies like GKN.

Work Environment

Dirty environment. Not heated or cooled. Not a lot of employees (18 plant wide currently) and will work and interact with a lead for the most part.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90
