**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a production or warehouse setting and the ability to stand on their feet for 12 hours a day. Experience in labor or packaging is also preferred. In this role, you will work on the packing line where vinyl parts for window frames come off the line. This position requires you to stand all day, lift 10-15 lb parts off the machine, and stack them for packaging. You will also work off basic work orders to record part numbers, which requires no prior experience. **Shift/Pay:** 9am-9pm (2-2-3): $16/hr. with OT and growth 9pm-9am (2-2-3): $17/hr. with OT and growth **Job Duties:** + Work on the packing line and organize parts on a rack + Stand on feet all day, operate machinery + Lift 10-15 lb parts off the machine and stack them up to be packaged. + Work off basic work orders to record part numbers **Why Work Here?** + Health, Dental, Vision Benefits + 401k Plan + Pay Increases after 4 months + WEEKLY PAY! **Work Environment** **The facility is very large yet clean and well-maintained. It houses lots of machinery and you will need to wear steel-toed shoes or boots.** **Why Work Here?** Our contractors will receive a $1.00 raise up to $17.00 and $18.00/hr once taken on directly after the 4-month contract. Unlimited overtime is available throughout the year! There are additional reviews every 3 months that typically result in a $0.50 raise. There are many opportunities to move up in both pay and job duties, with positions such as machine operators, line leads, and materials handlers available. Additionally, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. **Work Environment** The facility is very large yet clean and is kept in very good condition. The company manufactures window frames and has lots of machinery throughout the facility. Contractors will need to wear steel-toed shoes.
