Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Wax Cell Operator for our IGT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer equipment and precision measuring instruments, maintaining a clean work environment, and assembling wax patterns according to detailed instructions.

ResponsibilitiesLift various items intermittently, with assistance provided for weights exceeding 35 pounds.Operate computer equipment and precision measuring instruments.Sit in swivel, padded, and adjustable chairs as required.Squat or crouch to retrieve stored items from lower shelves and file cabinets, and during equipment/product inspections.Stand intermittently throughout the shift.Clean work areas and perform 5S cleaning activities as required.Assemble wax patterns using various skills.Refer to work instructions and machine stock areas to prevent under or over working patterns.Hand stock patterns according to engineering instructions and effectively communicate information to team and engineering.Communicate scrap to injection.Apply cast raised numbers and perform Apply, Rub Down, and Final Assembly processes.Apply wax to acceptable Product Criteria limits.Maintain proper radius on all wax joints.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or GED equivalency.Demonstrate 2 years of continuous work experience OR 6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to read and interpret written instructions.Ability to follow verbal directions and instructions.Ability to work with hands on delicate materials.Legal authorization to work in the United States.Additional Skills & QualificationsEmployees are expected to work overtime as needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is based in a large manufacturing facility with over 500 employees. The work environment includes heavy industrial areas, with some hot areas due to machinery. Shifts available include 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 2 AM) and 3rd Shift (Monday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM).

The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $19.48
