Job Description
We are seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Workers. This role involves the non-butchery production of various meats and deli products. Positions are available on the 1st and 2nd shifts, with tasks including product inspection, packaging, and ensuring product quality. Successful candidates will be responsible for combining ingredients and cooking soups according to company recipes.

Candidates will go direct after 720 hours and will be eligible for benefits such as a $1/hr weekly attendance bonus. Work Environment
Our facility is climate-controlled, maintaining a temperature of 35-45 degrees at all times. We provide lab coats, hair nets, gloves, hard hats, and ear protection. New hires start on Wednesday at 9:00 AM with wellness and HR training, followed by safety and quality training on Thursday, and additional floor training and a new hire lunch on Friday. Expect to work the first Saturday. Candidates must wear closed-toe shoes. 1st shift positions operate Monday through Friday (alternating Saturdays) with start times from 5:00 AM to 6:30 AM. 2nd shift positions operate Monday through Friday (alternating Saturdays) with a start time of 1:30 PM.
