**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated production workers for a concrete plant. This role involves setting, filling, and grating forms, as well as performing daily duties to maintain a clean work area. **Responsibilities** + Set, fill, and grate concrete forms. + Perform daily tasks such as sweeping and picking up to keep the work area clean. + Work with co-workers to strip, set-up, and pour the bed in a timely manner. + Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal quality. + Take direction from Team Leader and Supervisor. + Be flexible to work in various areas including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, Finish Building, and others as needed. + Maintain a safe environment and exhibit good housekeeping skills while working. + Participate in Lean Manufacturing objectives to improve department efficiencies. + Perform quality work in accordance with the quality program. + Maintain a professional relationship with employees in the plant and office. + Support company policies and maintain a positive attitude. + Handle physical demands such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling. + Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + General labor and construction experience. + Physical work capability. + Pre-cast or concrete production experience. + Concrete finishing skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to train. + Ability to handle the physicality and dusty/dirty nature of the job. + Flexibility with schedule (start times may vary from 4 am to 9 am). **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for permanent positions for great workers, along with union membership and excellent benefits. Must be okay with working in various weather conditions and overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during the busy season, with potential hours ranging from 60-70 hours per week. Each team has a lead and a supervisor. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
