Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The role involves working in the plant to pour, cast, and finish concrete panels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping and must be capable of lifting heavy weights and performing repetitive tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels in the plant.Stripping concrete once it is cured.Cleaning the forms once they are cured and moved to the yard.Essential SkillsPrior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping.Ability to lift 75+ lbs when needed.Willingness to work overtime and weekends.Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly.Additional Skills & QualificationsYard experience is helpful but not required.Prior pouring experience is preferred.Experience with hand tools, power tools, and general production.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a large open plant that is subject to varying temperatures, being cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is dirty and can be wet at times. The facility is located on top of a mountain, which means it is typically colder and windier than surrounding areas.

This is a Contract position based out of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $20.98
