Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating production machinery to produce stainless steel band clamps, primarily for the oil and gas industry. This position is located at our headquarters in Denver, where we manage the entire production process from start to finish.

ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery that produces clamps, sometimes managing up to two machines simultaneously.Feed products into the machine and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.Make small mechanical adjustments to the machines as needed.Monitor the machines and report any defects or breakdowns.Package and label the products after they have been processed.Select tools and parts for their machine at the start of each day.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of experience in production or manufacturing.Ability to stand in one place for long periods.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of experience operating a machine within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is set in a loud manufacturing environment where steel products are produced. The workspace is very clean and well-kept. The role requires dealing with loud noises consistently. After training, you will primarily work independently but will frequently interact with colleagues. The dress code includes wearing steel-toed boots and jeans without holes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DENVER, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00
