It is a Ford Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM), Mercedes-Benz MasterSolutions® Upfitter, and Ram Commercial Q-Pro supplier.\n\nInstalling wheel chair ramps in transit vans. Lifting up to 50lbs, assembling, use of hand and power tools, reading blueprints.\n\nThe Production Associate is responsible for work on the production line and keep\nvehicles moving at a steady pace through final inspection. Flexible and skilled to move a section in front\nor behind the assigned work area to prevent bottlenecks.\n\n•\tMust have an eye for identifying problems prematurely to completion.\n•\tKnowledge and a solid comfort level using a variety of power tools: bandsaws, circular saws, jig saws, routers, solder and soldering irons, micro torches, drills, screw guns, utility knives and air saws.\n•\tAbility to work independently as well as, with a team to reach daily goals and keep the production line moving.\n•\tComfortable using a measuring tape.\n•\tKnowledgeable reading blueprints preferred.\n•\tMust be able to work with chemicals.\n•\tTrack supplies and equipment notifying manager of inventory levels.\n•\tAdapt and learn new areas of the production line or new builds.\n•\tTrain new hires in your area of responsibility as needed.\n•\tAlways comply with Driverge’s Core Values (Love It).\n•\tComplete other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00
