**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual ready to take the next step in their career as a Production Worker. This role involves preparing containers for filling, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and stored, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment. **Responsibilities** + Prepare containers for filling, ensuring they are clean, flushed of chemical residue, and safe. + Fill containers with the appropriate product for delivery. + Ensure all containers are properly and accurately filled, sealed, labeled, and stored. + Maintain a neat, clean, and spill-free production area. + Assist rebuilders/technicians as needed. + Follow approved safety procedures at all times, including wearing prescribed safety equipment. + Assist shop, installation, service, and sales personnel as determined by the director. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, general production, packaging, and material handling. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience with forklift operation, machine operating, and driving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Mechanical skills. + Good verbal and written communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a rich history of 75 years. Rubber boots are required and it is recommended to bring your own, although waterproof overalls will be provided if necessary. Dress accordingly as the facility's temperature mirrors outside conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25/hr.
